With four runs every week, each taking in a different slice of the east, it’s safe to say we don’t do anything by halves. Which just means there are plenty of opportunities to get involved and no excuses needed!

TUESDAY 630PM | MAROUBRA 5K + FISHBOWL
On Tuesdays we head south to Maroubra, made all the more worth it with stunning coastal views. With four pace groups – Speedy Squad [under 5.00MIN/K], Rocket Runners [5.15MIN/K], Tempo Team [5.30MIN/K], Cruisie Crew [6MIN/K], & Jolly Joggers [6.30MIN/K+] – the rhythm is up to you! It’s then back to Coogee for a sprint finish to the end followed by a $10-$12 feed at Fishbowl. For those feeling like a beginner, we run a Newbies Night on the second Tuesday of the month with a 3K jog alongside our usual route, followed by Sweaty Bevvies at the Coogee Bay Hotel.

WEDNESDAY 630AM | SPEED SESH + COFFEE
Be put through your paces and improve your stride at Wednesday’s half hour Speed Session in Queens Park. With distances marked out for these measured reps, you’ll work up the progression ladder while the intervals get longer and the recovery jogs get shorter. But don’t let that scare you. You’re only working to your own PB and with a stunning flat track it’s what you make of it and bring to the park! [Click here for wayy more info!]

THURSDAY 615AM | CLOVELLY 5K OR SOFT SAND SESH + DIP N’ SIP
Chase the sun with us as we run north around gorgeous Gordon’s Bay and up the Clovelly headland before turning back. Or challenge yourself to a 30 minute Soft Sand Sesh on Coogee beach. Cap off an epic start to the day with a dip in the sea before we head over to Morning Glory Café for a discounted caffeine hit.

SUNDAY 8AM | MAROUBRA BEACH 10K OR MAROUBRA HEADLAND 7.5K + DIP N’ SIP
Stretch out those legs with our Sunday Service, passing Tuesday’s turn around point and continuing on to the stunning Maroubra coastline. The 7.5K option turns around at the Maroubra Headland, while the 10K route will take runners along Maroubra Beach for a coastal cruise. Once we’re back in Coogee, it’s a wash off in the water before a discounted brekkie at Morning Glory Café in the sun.

1ST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH 7AM | BENNY HALF + DIP N’ SIP
As a legacy of the 2023 Sydney Marathon – because call us cray cray but we LOVED the training so much – we run 21.1K on the first Sunday of every month to keep us in tip-top long distance shape. We call it the Benny Half, named after the seal that hangs out at the Opera House [our halfway marker].
